Bringing up a genius is not the aim of early child development.
…The real purpose of early education is to make the child feel better in the modern society. Studying foreign languages empowers children with an ability to communicate with different people and new cultures. The aim is not to bring up a professor of linguistics, but a broad-minded person. All people are born practically the same if they don’t have any developmental lag. Upbringing determines the personality.
The brain of a new-born baby is like a clear piece of paper. The words written on this sheet, define how gifted the will become.
Adult terms “difficult” and “easy” do not suit the children.
Swimming — is one of ways to develop abilities of the child: it makes him sleep better, improves appetite, aggravates reflexes and increases strength of the muscles.
The brain of the child may contain the boundless volume of information, and it is possible to assume that ability to absorb information of a child’s brain is much more higher than of the adult’s one. It’s no need to be afraid “to overfeed” or overexcite it: the children’s brain is like a sponge- it absorbs knowledge quickly, but when it is crowded, is disconnects and ceases to perceive new information. We don’t have to worry that we give very much information to a child. Sometimes there’s too little quantity of it to develop the child normally.
You read stories and fairy tales to your children even if they hardly understand what they hear. Your child listens to them many times and remembers and if you read inattentively, he instantly notices the mistakes. The kid remembers children’s stories and fairy tales very precisely, but this accuracy is rather based on associative memory, than on understanding.
At the age of three, it is easy for a child to learn the thing that interests him, and you should not worry about the amount of energy and forces he will spend.
Many skills cannot be gained if they were not taught in the childhood.
A foreign language — is not the only subject which can be seized at an early stage of a child development.
Today the child it will be totally another, than yesterday.
As a rule, parents think that the best time for a child development begins after 3 years old, but according to Masaru Ibuku, it is too late.
“A spoonful of tar can spoil a barrel of honey”. In the early childhood it means that the impact on the child at such age leaves indelible impression for the rest of his life. Parents have make this influence was salutary.
Impressions of the early childhood define further views and actions of the child. Dark oblivion doesn’t mean that the person does not remember everything happened to him in the early childhood. Any impression and any experience gained till the age of three becomes a part of the created personality. If not to lay the strong foundation, is useless to build the strong building: even if it is beautiful outside, it will fall to pieces because of a strong wind or an earthquake. Early development — is also such a base. It needs to be strong from the very beginning because it is impossible to start building the base when the building is already ready.
It’s useful for your baby’s development if you often hold him in your arms, sleep together and talk to him as much as possible.
Parents shouldn’t lisp with children. The child understands everything, it is just his organs of articulation which can’t produce the words in a right way. Lisping will deprive your child of the right to speak properly.
Eyes or a nose are inherited, and expression of a child’s face — is a mirror in which the relations of the family are reflected. Once,Doctor Shinichi Suzuki said: “When you will come home, put before yourself the children and look into their faces, – there you will read all the history of your matrimonial relations”.
Nervousness of the parents is infectious. All good and bad in their children — is the result of education since their birth.
No lack of time or fatigue after work should prevent fathers to communicate with the children as much as possible.
…The presence of the grandmother and grandfather creates good stimulus for a development of a child. From the grandmother the child learned patience: if he worked in a garden, he could not calm down until there was no more weed there..
Quarrels develop in a child a communication skill, Quarrels are part of the first experience in a social group. The child always searches for a harmony between public and individual. If the balance is not established, a kid will not be able to adapt to society. This balance can be reached only on the basis of early created stereotype of thinking, which includes the right for respect to himself and a sense of responsibility in relation to society. Such stereotype can be created on the basis of children’s communication.
Quarrels between children can be divided into three types: such in which the child wins, another where he loses and the third one where he hits back.
At the age of 2-3 years old, the child develops the feeling of self-respect, he is ready to defend himself. He does not listen to his parents, and the more he is being abused and punished, the more disobedient he becomes. Perhaps without understanding it, parents have spoiled their child during the first year of his life. To avoid development of this vicious circle, there is only one way out — to bring up and accustom the child to discipline while he is still very little, by the time he begins to show his personal “I”.
Interest — the best motivation.
To get one’s interest, it is important to create necessary conditions.. Give a pencil to your child as soon as possible.This way he will have a wish to paint. Let him try many different materials and texture. It’s useless to wait until the kid will desire to do something if the conditions are not created.
The child likes everything rhythmical.
The majority of us react negatively to the term “study”. We are so negatively oriented, because we used to think about education as about an action under compulsion. Meanwhile studies should be combined with pleasure, only then we will succeed.
What is art? It is hard to difine, but in it’s elementary sense- it’s free imagination, aggravated intuition, which could transform into inventions or opening. Erudition and imagination are merged together.
There are no doubts that the progress of creativity originates from subjective emotional perception and early childhood’s experience.
Develop a child’s intuition.
Telling the truth about sexual relations is very important.The regular day routine allows to develop in a child an abstract sense of time. This schedule replaces the clock for a child.
Musical harmony is best adopted in the early childhood.
Learning perfect pitch is impossible for adults, but possible for a little child, if he is being taught in a right way.
Teaching to play a violin develops ability to concentrate attention.
…The one who is not capable to concentrate for a long time on one task, wastes a lot of time and energy on each single task. The one who had developed in himself high degree of concentration of attention, has huge advantages.
Music softens soul and improves character.
Musical education in early age is reflected even in appearance of the child.
Learning verses by heart trains memory. “Verses for learning have to cultivate noble feelings in the child, they have to be beautiful, perfect and deserve to be remembered during all the life.”
The purpose – it is not just to learn verses by heart, but also to develop an aesthetic sense in a child, his mental capacities and creative potential. The brain of the child is capable to keep in memory from hundred to two hundred short poems. But the memory can rust if not to use it. More intensively it is used, the better it functions and develops.

Ability of the child to remember needs to be trained while he finds pleasure in repetition.

  • There is nothing that can replace a book.
  • Be the explorer! Find good books in the ocean of the insignificant.
  • Despite all latest opening, new types of saving information, we will not hurry up to leave the book. The book remains. It will be always necessary for people. It is not simply being read. It should be reflected. Communication with it is intimate. No intermediaries are necessary.
  • Some hopes of too zealous supporters of “progress” to say goodbye to the book are in vain. No film, no electronics can replace the book. New mass media will peacefully coexist with it.
